Coach Namen has been coaching lacrosse and football at Justice High School for eight years and has played an active role in building the local youth lacrosse scene in the Falls Church area as well. In addition to coaching high school lacrosse and helping out with multiple local youth programs, he has started an after school “try lacrosse” program at Glasgow Middle School to introduce middle school students to the sport of lacrosse and invigorate their love for the sport.
Coach Namen’s passion to develop players goes far beyond the team’s on-field success. As a graduate of Justice/Stuart High School and long term coach, he has experienced how being on a team and working together for a common goal can improve individual mindsets and school culture.
Coach Namen has been recognized as:
2017 All Conference Assistant Coach of the Year
2021 National District Coach of the Year
2021 Northern Region Coach of the Year
